What is your shipping policy?

We do our best to ship all orders quickly and securely. Below is a general guide for production and shipping times:

Note:

Shipping days are Monday through Friday (business days only)
Orders placed after 10 AM EST are processed the following business day
During holidays, production and shipping may be delayed by 1 additional day
Some popular print sizes may ship faster if in stock
For U.S. territories outside the Lower 48 (AK, HI, PR, Guam, etc.), please allow extra time

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and shipping destination.

When will I receive my order?

Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout:

Standard Shipping: ~4–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after production
International: 6–10 business days (via USPS Priority International or FedEx)

Do you ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes! We ship to Canada, international addresses, and APO/FPO addresses. Additional charges may apply depending on location. For special delivery requests, contact us at moonhawkart@gmail.com.

What’s your return and refund policy?

We want you to love your artwork. If there's an issue with the quality of your order or if it was damaged during shipping, we’re happy to offer a replacement or full refund.

Quality/damage issues → Full refund or no-cost replacement
Return shipping labels provided upon request
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or buyer’s remorse
A 15% restocking fee may apply to cancelled or exchanged orders

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — but only if your order hasn’t gone into production yet. Contact us as quickly as possible to request a cancellation.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
